Jiangmen City Wastewater Treatment Case

We have built three decentralized domestic sewage treatment stations (Jiangmen Rural Integrated Sewage Treatment Project) in Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Heshan City and many towns in Kaiping City, with a single station scale of 150 m³/day, 200 m³/day and 180 m³/day, respectively, with a total daily treatment capacity of 530 m³. The effluent quality fully meets the Class A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants GB 18918-2012, achieving the goal of "discharge compliance, stable operation, and zero odor".

Project Technology Overview

The project adopts the "integrated pretreatment + MBR membrane bioreactor + deep disinfection" process

Pretreatment unit: a combination of grids and regulating tanks to intercept suspended solids and large particle impurities and stabilize subsequent biochemical loads; MBR membrane bioreactor: using high-throughput polymer ultrafiltration membranes and activated sludge to synergize and complete the entire process of carbon source removal, nitrification, and denitrification in an aerobic environment; membrane components intercept sludge, significantly improve the clarity of effluent, and reduce the area occupied by secondary sedimentation tanks; deep treatment unit: after UV/ozone combined disinfection, further remove microorganisms and trace organic matter to ensure safety for reuse or discharge into the river; intelligent control: PLC+SCADA system online monitors key indicators such as COD, NH₄⁺-N, turbidity, etc., automatically adjusts aeration air volume and membrane backwash cycle, and takes into account both treatment efficiency and energy consumption;

While ensuring that the effluent is stable and meets the standards, this process achieves the effects of significantly reducing sludge production, reducing equipment footprint, and simplifying operation and management, providing effective support for local environmental protection and sustainable use of water resources.
